Our prayers will not mean anything to God until they first mean something to us. In other words, haphazard prayers come from a heart that doesn't care. And God only hears the heart that cares to heed His heart. "And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will He hears us" (I John 5:14).
